Not only has the engine been upgraded but the engineers at Ford have been through the renowned T6 chassis and transformed it into something even better than before. Suspension tweaks and geometry changes make the new Ranger Wildtrak drive like a limo, all while retaining its capability and off-road prowess.

We take the new Ford Ranger Wildtrak through to ADV Leisure in Pretoria East to hook up one of their fine watercraft and find out how the various towing assistance systems work on the new Ford Ranger. Then, a blast over the rough stuff shows us what the drivetrain is made of.
