hiii! here's a realistic work day in my life as a search, digital marketing manager in the office, based in nyc. it was a pretty productive day for me, lots of meetings with clients and internal teams, and time to get work done during the 9-5 work period.

I've been actively working on learning (again) how to take proper breaks during busy work days. Something I've always struggled with is forgetting to take care of myself, and my health at work, or in any stressful situations really. But I'm always reminding myself daily that I come first, before anything else
