In this video, I explain what to look for depending on factors like your space, budget and intended use cases (e.g., relaxation, recovery, etc.).

Unlike most of the other “best infrared saunas” reviews I’ve come across, this video is based predominantly on my hands-on experience with the recommended sauna models. I have owned many and tried most of them, except for the SereneLife (which is available on Amazon).
