Journalist and coach Linda Flanagan is author of Take Back the Game: How Money and Mania Are Ruining Kids’ Sports—and Why It Matters. Together, Malcolm and his guests will explore how to transform a system that leaves young athletes exhausted, stressed and sidelined into one that nurtures their talent and strengthens them for their lives ahead.
