At Golf Plays Russ, 2024 has officially been dubbed "The Year of the Short Game" and in this video, I teach a short game statistic i developed called the Short Game Index. The Short Game Index is a measurement of all golf shots taken inside of 50 yards, divided by the number of holes played. I apply the short game index to several rounds, both from professional golf and Youtube golf and we compare how each of the golfers performed.


On this channel, I focus on golf improvement through golf course strategy and management, mental approach to golf, and short game improvement.
