Often times in a business, the phrase "the customer is always right" gets thrown around a lot. However, in this episode John breaks down why he thinks in certain industries the customer is always wrong. In most industries (some examples are pipe lining, car sales, etc.) the customer THINKS they know what they want, but it's on the service provider to ask qualified questions to gain context and find out what the customer NEEDS.
