Kahe Point/Electric Beach is one of the best spots to snorkel on Oahu. There is a nearby power plant that has two large pipes that outflow warm water to the ocean. The warm water attracts tons of fish, sea turtles, eagle rays, and even pods of spinner dolphins. The outflow of water can cause strong currents so this spot isn't recommended if you are a beginner. If you are a strong swimmer/snorkeler though the currents aren't too bad and you can even catch a ride in them.
