This video shows how to make a Rubber Ball Popper out of a handball by first cutting it in half with a serrated knife and then modifying the popper with scissors to make it go off in a reasonable time.

You will need:
- A hollow rubber ball, e.g. handball, tennis ball, racquet ball? preferably used if you have so it is already worn in, but doesn't matter
- A serrated knife with blunt end (can use other knives but don't need to)
- Scissors
- Pen for marking center line

WARNING: This can pop up unexpectedly and hit your eye, so be sure to wear glasses or protective eyewear. If you are not old enough to use a knife, be sure to ask your parents for permission or help with cutting the ball.
