In this week at Quinta Fonte da Pipa we hope to explain some of the laws and realities of owning a Pre 1951 property in Central Portugal, is it really as easy as many are showing you?
We hope our video will help you avoid any disappointments if you are thinking of buying property here..
The 1951 Rule is being misunderstood by many people, it does not mean you can automatically just live in a pre 1951property as a full time home. There are some things to check and do before that is possible.

To give an idea of what we mean, this channel went about it the right way but were refused planning after a long battle🙁 .
