This is my second of three losses for 2023. I was surprised to find that this hive was dead as there were bees coming and going when I was adding fondant last month. I'm at a loss as to why. Unlike the Bee Barn there was no pile of bees on the ground. Nor during the clean up there was only a few bees inside the hive in comparison.
