Honestly I'm quite happy that One Thousand Voices finally received its long overdue reserve buff, and I think the amount it was given was the perfect amount. A 50% increase in total damage is quite significant and you'll see in the video that this actually let's it compete with other options like Leviathan's Breath. However, there is the fact that stacking multiple 1Ks together isn't as optimal because the ignition damage is only credited to one person on the team, but regardless it's still a pretty solid option for Solos if you don't happen to have Dragon's Breath.
