When we meet friends, we usually gather at a cafe or a nice place to hang out. However, our tradition here is different. When we meet friends, we head towards the mountains where there are tall peaks all around and a small, beautiful village in the middle. Even though there are no facilities, we find peace and comfort with our friends in the small rooms made of stones.

Today, I will take you to the ancient village of Ehli Broq, located above Khaplu in the Khaplu Valley. It is said to be the first human settlement in the Khaplu Valley. Nowadays, only ruins and small stone houses are visible, which the locals call Brangsa. In the summer, people bring their animals and livestock to graze in the nearby fields and pastures.
