Quick demo showing the new Game++ board playing a stereo mod file, writing to the screen, and responding to key presses. The test program is all written in MMBasic and the board uses a MCP23008 for the interrupt driven key inputs and a MCP4651 digital potentiometer for the volume control. The board also has a DS3231 RTC and the display is an 8-bit parallel ILI9341 (320x240) running in RGB666. There is a 16Mb Flash for program storage and also access to the SDcard on the display.
