We are in the twilight years of the Intel Mac; for the past few years, Apple has ruthlessly dropped support for older Macs. The MacBook 12" is an oddity in the Mac lineup as one of the few non-T2 Macs that are still supported. However, its design language is very much of the modern Apple (or at least the end of the Intel Mac days), with its extreme thinness and reduction of features.

This is a bit of a different video for me as I wanted to break out of the usual "sitting in a room" and highlight the design's beauty by taking it to beautiful places in Oregon.

It's a gorgeous laptop in a form factor I really wish Apple would revisit now that it truly has the ability to match its extreme thinness with its Apple Silicon. Snazzy Labs did a video on it a while ago, and I thought my video idea wasn't worth doing, but here we are. I hope you enjoy it.
