Burek or meat pie, delicious and simple to make
as I am using fillo pastry.

Brown onions and add met.
Brown the meat, mixture of pork and beef ( but only one eg beef is perfect too).
Mix all well together.
Add seasoning and don’t forget pepper.

In the baking dish add little oil then 3-4 sheets of pastry little bit of meat mixture and 2-3 sheets of pastry and continue till you use everything. 3-4 sheets should be on the top.
Cut in squares.

Mix 3 eggs with thickened cream and add 200ml mineral water. Poor over the meat and pastry.

Bake for 45 min till golden brown on the top.
