Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday evoked Uri and the surgical strike and attacked Congress by saying terrorism was rampant during its rule. Rajnath was campaigning in a village, about 70 km from Bhavnagar city, for BJP’s Bhavnagar candidate Neemuben Bhambhaniya, a new face in the party’s Lok Sabha poll candidate list.
