I made the most super moist fudge brownies to ever exist! This recipe will not disappoint, and it's super easy to make! Enjoy :)

Written Recipe πŸ‘‡πŸ»

-1 cup chocolate chips
-1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
-1 cup white sugar
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-3 large eggs
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour (approximately 62 grams)
-1/4 cup cacao powder
-Pinch of salt
-Flaky salt (for topping)
-For Ganache: 1 cup chocolate and 1 cup of heavy cream

Instructions:

-In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter.

-Microwave the mixture for 30 to 60 seconds, or until the chocolate chips and butter are fully melted. If necessary, microwave in additional intervals until melted.

-Mix the melted chocolate and butter until well incorporated.

-In a separate bowl, combine the white sugar and brown sugar.

-Add three whole eggs to the sugar mixture. Mix until smooth.

-Gradually add the all-purpose flour, cacao powder, and a pinch of salt to the egg and sugar mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

-Pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the batter and mix thoroughly.

-Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

-Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

-Tap the pan gently to remove any air bubbles.

-Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

-Once baked, let the brownies cool completely in the pan.

-Prepare the ganache by placing equal parts chocolate and heavy cream into a saucepan. Heat the cream until it's just about to boil.

-Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for about one minute.

-Stir the chocolate and cream together until smooth and glossy.

-Pour the ganache over the cooled brownies in the pan, spreading it evenly.

-Place the brownies in the refrigerator to allow the ganache to set.

-Once the ganache is fully set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the brownies out of the pan.

-Sprinkle flaky salt over the top of the ganache.

-Carefully cut the brownies into squares.

Enjoy your super moist fudge brownies with ganache!
