Suggestion is to add 3 inch Rockwool fire block bat insulation between lentils and exterior brick wall in 6 abandoned window bays in garage.

This should control the draft to the first floor walls, which is experiencing extreme cold drafts during wind and cold nights. This is completely reversible and in the long run there are also some areas where there has been penetration for electrical and plumbing repairs in the garage ceiling, which should also be repaired and resealed with Rockwall spray on insulation.
