- Just keeping body moving (whatever level of exercise you can do)
- Daily walks
- Seeing a Physio before (and after) birth
- Positioning exercises/posture
- Pregnancy pilates

MENTAL/EMOTIONAL PREP:
- Hypnobirthing + Christian Hypnobirthing
- Working through any fears or self-doubt
- Listening to podcasts (Australian Birth Stories, Positive Birth Australia)
- Watching positive birth videos
- Treating birth as a team/family activity
- Being informed/having birth choices made before going into potentially stressful/fast-paced environment
- Praying
- Routine
- Talking to baby
- Letting everything go!
