This is an an unboxing and review of the Halo Sport by Halo Neuroscience. The device is used for stimulation on your motor cortex to allow for improved explosiveness and strength training. If you wear Halo Sport for twenty minutes, then practice drills like piano-playing or weight-lifting, videogaming or free-throw shooting, you'll get better, quicker. I also walk through the setup of the Halo Sport, and how to connect it to the app.

This is a two part review, over the next two or three weeks I am going to log my results for box jumps, sprinting, and biking, to see what my personal results are in each area.
