The Houston Texans have their next franchise quarterback in CJ Stroud, but they need to give the #2 pick in the draft time to develop his overall skill set. Ohio State quarterbacks have a poor recent track record in the NFL and Stroud has some similar issues.

He's very similar to one current NFL quarterback who might also be available this offseason.
