Major League Baseball has a problem. Over the past few years, the league has made a number of rule changes to address the pace of play. However, I can't help but feel that these changes will have little effect, for one simple reason: they're trying to solve the wrong problem.

In this video, I identify the real problem with Major League Baseball, as it exists today, and propose a single rule change that could solve it once and for all.
