Add just vinegar (9%). Not many people know this secret! My grandmother taught it to me!

✔Ingredients:
1. 500 ml warm milk
2. Sugar 6 tbsp.
3. Yeast 1 tbsp.
4. Salt 1 tsp.
5. Egg 2 pcs
6. Flour 900 g
7. Butter 50 g
8. Vinegar 1 tbsp 9%

Bake at t 180°C for 25 - 30 minutes.
