Ingredients for 2 :
• 200 g quinoa
• 2 eggs
• Olive oil
• Vegetables : brocoli, red pepper, carrots, zucchini, pumpkin... whatever you like !
• 1 avocado
• pumpkin seeds, cajou nuts,...
• salt, pepper, paprika or chilli
