In this video I am showing the location of power points fuses and cigarette lighter fuse on Dodge Journey SUV. If one of the power points is not working make sure to check the fuse before you take the vehicle to a mechanical shop as it could be a simple fix ( 2011 | 2012 | 2013 | 2014 | 2015 | 2016 | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 | 2020 | SE | SXT | R/T | CREW | 3.6L ).

Power outlet fuses are located in a small fuse box in the passenger's cabin, under the glove box:

FUSE F102: Cigarette Lighter / Left Rear Power Outlet (20A)
FUSE F103: Power Outlet inside Middle Console / Back of Console (20A)
FUSE F106: Rear Power Outlet (20A)

If all of the fuses are good and one of the outlets is still not working then test if power is coming to the affected power outlet. If it is then outlet itself failed and if it is not then there could be a wiring issue.
