On Friday 17 November 2023, President Higgins will host a special reception to mark World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims at Áras an Uachtaráin, where he welcomed a number of family members of those who have tragically lost their lives on the road, as well as committee members of victim’s groups.
