Drive on the edge of the Sichuan Basin and experience the countryside of southwestern China

The video started shooting in Hemaoba Village, Lushan County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. We first took a drive around Hemaoba Village to visit the beautiful and simple countryside and pastoral scenery in western Sichuan. Then, we merged into the end of the G351 National Highway. Driving north along the Qingyi River, passing through high mountains and ridges, the scenery is spectacular. Finally, we arrived at Baoxing County, a beautiful small county surrounded by mountains and rivers. Baoxing County is affiliated to Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the west of Sichuan Province and on the western edge of the Sichuan Basin, with a total area of 3,114 square kilometers. As of October 2021, Baoxing County has jurisdiction over 3 towns and 4 townships (including 1 ethnic township). The county's permanent population is about 50,000.
The area has an altitude of 750 to 1,000 meters above sea level in the flat areas of low mountains and river valleys, and from 1,000 to 3,500 meters above sea level in the mountainous areas. It has a humid subtropical monsoon climate, showing a typical three-dimensional climate. Most areas have a mild climate, especially the Jiajin Mountain area, which has no summer all year round. The annual average temperature here is 15 degrees, the frost-free period is 319 days, the annual rainfall is 993.7 mm, and the annual sunshine is 789 hours. Generally speaking, it has the characteristics of no severe cold in winter, no severe heat in summer, late spring and early autumn, and four distinct seasons.
