If you do not know, I have celiac disease and must eat gluten free, so all my grocery hauls will be gluten free. It is also January and I am on a healthy eating journey where I am currently only eating vegetables, fruits, rice, quinoa, potatoes, eggs, beans...basically not eating added sugar, processed foods, no meat, dairy, gluten (obviously), coffee or alcohol! I am doing this for 30 days to cut down my inflammation in my body and cut out the cravings. I am also following WW along the way to help me track what I eat and this will be the way I eat go forward.
