A fantastic idea for a quick dinner The juiciest patties with potatoes. Introducing a delightful and hassle-free dinner option: juicy patties with potatoes. This recipe offers a satisfying and flavorful meal that's perfect for busy evenings.

To prepare four servings, you'll need:

Patties:
Breadcrumbs - 1 oz (30g)
Milk or cream - 3.4 fl oz (100ml)
Onion - 1 medium-sized onion
Ground meat - 14 oz (400g)
Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic flakes - 1 teaspoon
Parsley

Topping for the Patties:
Mushrooms - 8.8 oz (250g)
Onion - 1 medium-sized onion
Heavy cream - 3.4 fl oz (100ml)
Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Dill weed - 1/2 teaspoon
Thyme - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 0.5 fl oz (15ml)
Parsley

Potatoes:
Potatoes - 8 medium-sized potatoes or about 1.76 lbs (800g)
Olive oil - 1 fl oz (40ml)
Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
Parsley flakes - 1 teaspoon
Dill weed - 1 teaspoon
Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon

Patties
Soak breadcrumbs in milk or cream and let them sit for about 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion. Add salt, black pepper, garlic flakes and parsley to the minced meat, I used a mix of pork and beef. Add the onion and soaked breadcrumbs. Mix the minced meat well.

Potatoes
Cut medium-sized potatoes into wedges. Add olive oil, salt, parsley flakes, dill weed, Italian seasoning or other seasoning to taste.

Topping for the patties
Wash and chop the mushrooms. Chop the onion. Sauté in oil over medium-high heat. Add heavy cream, salt, black pepper, dill weed, thyme, and parsley. Cook for a few minutes over low heat until the sauce thickens

Shape baking paper into boat-shaped molds. Form a patties from the minced meat. Place the Pattie in the boat alongside the potatoes. Make a hollow in the patties and fill them with the mushroom sauce. Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes. Very juicy patties are ready.
