Shader Settings on Regular (High wasn't much different and Ultra and Extreme settings make the screen blurry for some reason)

Resolution: 1920x1080p I believe that this video was actually made in 1080p. The original video says 4k, and the video was rendered in 4k, but I think Minecraft was only running at 1080p. I'm not 100% sure of this, but I'm pretty confident
