No-Bake Chocolate Cake - Today I'm making a super easy cake with chocolate and biscuits. This cake reminds many of their childhood. I use broken biscuits, chocolate syrup and toasted walnuts. The cake gets a delicious chocolate glaze with dark and light chocolate. A quick no bake cake that is chilled. Great for preparing the day before or for the next party!

Ingredients for the quick chocolate cake:
460 g biscuits (e.g. wholemeal biscuits)
60 grams of walnuts
110 grams of sugar
40 grams of cocoa powder
170 ml milk
100 grams of butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolateglaze:
80 g dark chocolate
80 ml whipping cream
40 grams of white chocolate
optional: chopped walnuts for decoration
