Recently, I took a tour of Miller's Sugar Shack outside Utica, Ohio where they collect maple sap and make 100% pure maple syrup. Tyler Miller showed me how the whole operation worked from tree taps, tubing setup, reverse osmosis and evaporation. There is nothing like the taste of 100% pure maple syrup and to see that the work it takes make a person appreciate it just a little more.
