ResinWorks3D EasyCast 200 castable resin put through its paces, from 3D printing, cleaning, UV curing, spruing and metal casting. Is it as easy to use as ResinWorks claim or are there some issues along the way. Here I take an honest and detailed look at the process and reach my personal conclusion.

** WHAM BAM FLEXIBLE PLATE HELP **

There are two simple solutions to resolve this:
1. increase base layer exposure.
2. sand one side of the Flexi Plate with 400 grit sand paper (included) or for more aggressive go to 320 or even 220. The great thing is they are double sided so you can keep one side with our etch pattern for regular resins and one with a sanded side for more difficult resins.
