Footage of an awesome looking squall line in southwestern Wisconsin on July 5th, 2022. The storm brought with it frequent lightning, strong winds and heavy rains. Storms in the region were fueled by extreme instability on the order of 5500 j/kg of CAPE (owing to temps in the 90s and dewpoints in the upper 70s/low 80s), as well as moderate wind shear.
