Ingredients:
Kiwi 400 grams
Sugar 400 grams
250-300 ml of water
Lemon 1 slice = 1 tbsp
1 cardamom (optional)
Peel and cut the kiwis
You can divide the slices in half
Put the sugar in the pot
Add water
Add cardamom
Boil on medium heat for 10 minutes
Add lemon
When it reaches the required concentration
Add kiwi
Boil kiwi for 20-25 minutes
Take the foam on the jam
You can use food coloring (optional).
You can use this jam in desserts
