Easy recipes for zucchini in the oven! Zucchini in the oven is so delicious that you just have to try it! A friend from Spain taught me how to cook these vegetable recipes. Try it too!

RECIPE #1 00:01
4 zucchini.
Salt.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 onions.
sunflower oil.
Cover and cook over medium heat!
1 carrot.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat!
4 peppers.
Salt. Black pepper.
Cook covered for 5-7 minutes over medium heat!
Remove water from zucchini.
Add zucchini and mix well.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat!
3 eggs.
Milk 300 ml. / 1.5 cups.
olive oil 30ml
Flour 5 tablespoons.
baking powder 10 gr.
Mix very well.
Add the garlic 5 minutes before the end!
Dill.
sunflower oil.
Add the mixture and spread it out.
Cheese 150 gr. / 1-2 cups.
It will be so delicious!
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons.
yogurt 3 teaspoons.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
Green Onion.

RECIPE #2 07:46
3 zucchini.
1/2 red onion.
Salt.
stir.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
Parmesan 70 gr. / 1/2 cup.
15 minutes later.
Squeeze out the water.
1 egg.
Philadelphia or ricotta 180 gr. / 1 ​​cup.
Breadcrumbs 140 gr. / 1 ​​cup.

Black pepper.
Mix well.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.

Vermicelli 1/2 cup / 100 gr.
Fry until a nice golden color.
Rice 2 cups / 400 gr.

Distribute the mixture well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.

4-5 zucchini. 1 kg.
Cut into 3-5mm thick slices.
Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil.
Olive oil.
Salt. Thyme. Oregano. Thyme.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
1 onion.
sunflower oil.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
5 tomatoes.
Homemade Marinara Sauce!
Cover with a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Tomato paste 50 ml. / 1/5 cup.
Thyme. Garlic.
Cook uncovered until thickened!

Smoked Peppers. Dill.
Ricotta 200 gr. / 1 ​​cup.

Parmesan 40 gr. 1/2 cup.
Mozzarella 60 gr. / 1 ​​cup.

Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.

2 zucchini.
Salt.
Let the zucchini steep for 15 minutes.
2 large potatoes.
Water.
Let the potatoes rest for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
1 carrot.
Mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
2 peppers.
chop finely
Cover with a lid and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Remove water from zucchini.
Don't forget to stir the veggies!
Remove water from the potatoes.
Vegetables are ready.
Corn 200 gr. / 1 ​​cup.
Chives.
Parsely.
2 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Mix well.
Flour 200 gr. / 1 ​​cup.
Gradually add flour.
Mix well!
sunflower oil.
Distribute the mixture well.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes. Cheese 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons.
Greek yogurt 3 tablespoons
Garlic.
Dill.
