I did not hit all crits in this video. This was the best damage phase out of the 10 that I ran. Firstly, it is hard to hit all crits without div. Secondly, this is a more accurate representation of the numbers an above average player can expect to achieve without div, making the figures more realistic.

Hi! My name is Bongs and I do realistic Destiny 2 damage testing for solo players.

A lot of Destiny 2 damage-testers use unrealistic buffs and debuffs when testing weapons which are simply not viable for the solo player using LFG/no mic.

I don't use any form of external buffing for my testing. For example, I don’t use pack hunter, I don't use divinity, and I don’t use any quick reload exotics (ROF, RDM, Lundafaction's). This is because, in most cases for the solo player, it is difficult to coordinate a fireteam to run optimal setups. I only use Well of Radiance and 3 x surge mods. This way, all the damage numbers published on this channel are realistic weapon damage figures with simple buffs (even for LFGs). It also means that these damage numbers can be recreated on any character with any subclass!

There is a lot of misinformation regarding true damage numbers done by popular DPS weapons as the true damage often differs from wipe-screen numbers. This is why I use DDT (Destiny Damage Tracker) for all my testing.
