Building management have authorized me to conduct the fire service testing on a monthly basis on their Schindler 3300. I will not disclose the building information for privacy reasons as this is being done in a private building. For courtesy reasons, I will conduct these tests early in the morning when the elevator is not being used by anyone else so as not to inconvenience people who work in this building. I also keep logs of all the functions needed in fire service and notify building management if anything has failed so it can get fixed as the fire department may need the elevator at any time.

As always, please do not use or attempt to use elevator keys unless given authorization by the appropriate building personnel.
