With the Prince Avenue Academy in Southend-on-Sea wanting to incorporate a nursery facility to the academies trust, and with the government introducing new measures and policies, there was a demand to provide a new stand-alone nursery to allow the new admissions to be taught in a brand-new facility. The Qube designed a building which ticked all the criteria when it came to meeting the clients’ exact needs, and our time-lapse camera captured the 12 week build process.
