I put my summer wheel and tire setup back on the civic and it looks so damn good! If you want to run a nice flush fitment for your 10th gen these are the specs you'll need:
Wheels are 18x8.5 +35
Tires are 245/40/18
If you want to avoid rubbing I would recommend a 245/35/18 or 235/40/18 tire.
