I came up with two teacher hacks to help others who were experiencing this type of situation

I always struggle with telling students what to pick up and sometimes they have to ask whether they need a Chromebook or no?
I now created an easier way where each student now looks up and and sees which things we need on a daily classroom. Since not every day I use a Chromebook, I can always take that slip out and students will know not to collect a Chromebook that day.
I also added baggies with erasers and markers to my vertical non permanent surfaces so that they are always ready to use by the students at any time. One marker is intentional so they students take turns when they are writing on the board.

If needed it, font used for cut outs was 84pt
