When the office climate at United Talent Agency (UTA) turned toxic, CEO and co-founder Jeremy Zimmer and his colleagues made the drastic decision to let go some of the leaders whose my-way-or-the-highway attitude was pulling people apart.

And instead of bringing the company down, the move ultimately brought people together, improving office culture, and setting the stage for double-digit growth year over year.
