Been a while since I talked about one (or two?) of the non-playable characters in SFV and today we have one of the strangest out of the whole bunch, the boss version of Zangief also known as the Ultra Heavyweight Champion!

They're a pretty limited character with a lot of weird traits, but unlike the boss version of Ryu, those traits usually aren't all that great.
