Barbadian hot sauce or Barbados hot sauce
Bajan hot sauce is a condiment that you can find in any Barbadian home and it goes well with baked ham cheese cutters tuna corned beef etc sauces gravies very handy to have in your kitchen.

Ingredients:

Scotch bonnet peppers 1lb, White onions 2 lbs
White Vinegar 1 cup, Turmeric Powder 1/4 cup
Thyme fresh chopped 3 tsp, Brown sugar 1/4 cup
Yellow mustard 2 cups, Garlic fresh peeled 8oz
Salt 2 tsp, Mount Gay Barbados Rum 1/4 cup optional
Jameson Whiskey
