For Meatless vegetarian lentil meatballs preheat oven 180c bake for 25 mins

I made 12 meatless meatballs *

100g dried brown lentils
1 tsp oil
2 grated carrots
100g spinach
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
salt to taste
1/2 cayenne pepper
50g breadcrumbs
25g crushed pine nuts
1 juice lemon
1 beaten egg

Sauce
I used Dolmio sauce
2 tsp Harissa paste
