I wanted to share some things I wish I knew before getting my real estate license: what to do, how to prepare for the real estate exam, how to pass the real estate exam the first time and some things that could be helpful when starting in real estate.

I also cover some typical questions like how much is the initial investment of getting your real estate license, and what are some things that could speed up the process.
