00:00 Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has called on the West to completely suspend trade with Russia.

00:30 Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, he said the world should stop buying Russian goods and services, because every dollar and euro Russia makes upholds the Putin regime. He also said Russia is trying to blackmail the international community by offering to unblock Black Sea ports in return for relaxed sanctions.

01:16 DW spoke with the British investor and Kremlin critic Bill Browder at the World Economic Forum in Davos. He believes Russian President Vladimir Putin is willing to go far and beyond to maintain his power. The US-born British financier and political activist is the CEO and co-founder of Hermitage Capital Management, which was once the largest foreign portfolio investor in Russia. Browder challenged large Russian firms, including Gazprom. He was declared a threat to Russian national security more than 15 years ago.
