Hey there all and welcome back to another Halo 3 campaign mod showcase! In this video, we will be checking out a mod that puts you in a battle to take the beach at an unknown Covenant outpost lead to you being injured and collapsing. You awake to the sound of your radio, you hear that the beach has been successfully taken and emerge to find your team. As a high ranking Elite Commander you are trusted to lead when needed. The path ahead is dangerous, you must secure the location. This is Installation 00, created by NaughtyScotty!

Changes

Weapons -
Assault Rifle is more accurate
Battle Rifle is more accurate and fires faster
SMGs have had fire rate increased
Silenced SMG is more accurate, stronger and fires slower and duel wields
Pistols have had damage increase and accuracy increased
Silenced Pistols fire faster and dual wields
Shotgun fires as fast as you can pull the trigger
Rocket Launcher round travels faster
Machine Gun turrets holds more and and fires faster after dismounted
Plasma Rifle fires faster and is more accurate
Brute Plasma rifle fires much faster and drains more quickly
Plasma Pistol does more damage and projectile travels quicker
Needler fires faster and holds more ammo. Requires more needles to super combine
Carbine holds more ammo
Brute Shot projectile travels slower
Mauler fires faster and holds more ammo
Plasma Cannon holds more ammo, fires more accurate and faster
Flamethrower travels much farther

Characters -
Brutes have been beefed up and redesigned to fit the feel of the mission
Grunts have been improved as their ranks increase and also have been retextured
New grunts have been added
Jackals have a Major variant that is much more of a challenge
Shield Jackals have a new sharpshooter variant
Drones have many more variants
Hunters have new variants and weaponry
Marines and ODST are more capable in fights and can use new weapons effectively
Elites and Arbiter have been improved
Many new types of elites have been added
Master chief fights alongside you

Vehicles -
Banshee has two new reskins to fit the faction they are fighting for
Phantom has reskins for each faction
Ghost had a reskin, the AI do not melt you with it's weapons anymore
The warthogs turrets were added to the map
New version of the shade has been added
Specter has been added

Equipment -
Frag grenade has a larger radius and does more damage
Plasma Grenade does less damage, has a larger radius and EMPs
Bubbleshields only lasts 10 seconds to improve gameplay flow
Invincibility lasts 15 seconds instead of 10
Invisibility has 3 charges
Regenerator lasts longer
Tripmine has been redesigned to fit the map and does not self destruct

Custom skybox
Special cinematic scripts
New vehicles

Overall, I think this was a pretty fun twist on The Covenant. Running on foot rather than going in vehicles the whole time changes the game play completely, along with the changes made to gameplay itself, new encounters, enemies, weapons, and vehicles. This is a pretty fun mod and I recommend trying it out!
