Overwatch developers officially have introduced Echo on 19 March 2020. Echo is playable on the PTR server and I played Genji against her in Almost No Limits mode. Echo is so broken right now, they will absolutely nerf her, but you guys should give it a try because she is the most fun hero so far. ( actually more fun than Genji)
