This family-owned bakery was started by the Ductoc Family and has been operating since 1992! They specialize in a variety of authentic pan dulces (sweet breads) and have so many delicious options that it’s hard to just choose one! In Part 1, we focus on their Salvadoran quesadillas. Unlike a Mexican quesadilla, the Salvadoran version is a moist and sweet cheese pound cake that is typically made with rice flour and topped with sesame seeds.
